Description: Having successfully pre-let, funded and constructed the Wicks and KFC development, we recently achieved planning consent for a 5,000 sq.ft. open A1 retail unit on an adjacent site. The unit was pre-let to Maplin Electronics Ltd and funded by BAE Systems Pension Funds Trustees Ltd.
Status: Construction of the scheme commenced in April 2011 and completion will take place at the end of September when Maplin will then proceed to fit out to enable trading to commence prior to Christmas.
