A visionary 87,010 sq ft HQ office building in the centre of Woking. Sustainability and cost-effective occupation are at the forefront of the building’s design.

In collaboration with International Architects Scott Brownrigg, each element has been refined to achieve an exceptional EPC rating of A(21) and target BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard. It also plans to be the first Fitwel 2 star rated office building in Woking.

SPACE 2 is now in planning, with fitness and wellbeing at the heart of a 130,000 sq ft design which will transform Woking’s town centre with new public realm.
